Three Year Old A-Lister

Natalie has all of a sudden become obsessed with wearing dresses and skirts and anything pink or princess-like.  And she is especially happy to be wearing said articles while flipping upside down on the rings or digging in a dirt pile.  So...I guess I'm ok with her sudden super girly-ness.

Her second favorite new thing to do is skip upstairs and come back down wearing a new outfit, or carrying something new to put on.  It's a little over the top.  Too many outfit changes per day, like heaven forbid she be seen in the same thing more than once.  Today we decided to document the changes:

pjs to start the day...

fall dress despite my telling her it was going to be in the 80s today

a little more appropriate after getting hot running around

but not girly enough, so she needed to come back to add the tutu underneath

this one was one of my favorites of the day...according to Natalie, this outfit matches

because there is purple in the shirt and purple in the skirt.  uh huh.

same skirt paired with a long sleeve top.

at least it matches, I guess.

and the day ended with this gem.  white on white.

which became brown after she jumped on the trampoline and chased Ben through the yard after dinner.

I count seven outfits for today.  Eight if you take into account that she's back in a clean nightgown tonight for bed.
